Acts on the central channel of energy. Sushumna.
The easiest way to use Primal Channel is to focus on the central red dot.
Central spiritual path energisation. Focus on the central red dot, lightly fix your eyes. Slowly let a secondary focus trace the central pillar with its various strands upwards. Now imagine that energy is also trickling up your spine like sap upwards.
Enhancing sleep. Turn the meditation print clockwise 90 degrees so the red portion is below and the black portion above. Focus on the central red dot, lightly fix your eyes there, let your eyes blink naturally and don’t strain. Slowly let a secondary focus trace the black portion in a gentle sweep, left and right, left and right. Slowly your eyes will feel sleepy. If you can imagine the print in your mind and do it with your eyes closed it will be twice as effective.
To enhance spirit guide contacts. First use the central path energisation then imagine you are in a landscape. The central pillar of light flows upward to a cloud, climb it, stay awhile with an empty mind. After 2 months, u may see figures. With force ask thrice if they have come from god, if they have(if not dismiss them) start a dialogue.
Enhance visions of God 1. Ask your spirit guides for help. Imagine that from both your feet and head energy is trickling extending you further and further. You’ll need to commit yourself to at least a 3 month daily meditation of 5 minute course to create sufficient inner expansion.
Enhance visions of God 2. Imagine the primal channel is a door you enter. You find yourself on a half red half black path. With a snake like silver design that traces across the red & black halves. Walk along it slowly. On the way you find a rusted car, in which sun flowers grow. A voice asks –“How can you reach someone to whom there are no roads?” Further on the road you come across a skull, it asks “what will you see when you don’t have eyes?” Still further you encounter a rainbow that you climb up towards a white light. You are surrounded by this white light that fills you with love. The light asks you –“Why am I god of gods so happy you have come?”
